What is Remote Access Support?

Why use Remote Access Support?

- About 50% of site visits could be solved through remote access support.

- Remote access support can be completed in a more efficiently than site visits.

- Cost of remote access support is cheaper than a site visit.

Cost:

- £25 an hour excluding VAT

- Minimum of a 10 minute charge

- Call 01977 512412 and see if a technician is available.  If there is none available we will schedule a time to ring you back.

Please note if you are a business customer we will try our best to complete the work ASAP.

Using our remote support software we can log onto your computer using the internet and take control of your PC in order to help you with your problem.  You will be asked to download some software in order for this to happen.  Dont worry it is secure and once we have logged off we cannot log on again without your permission.  Just follow the simple instructions we will give you.

* Please note if you are a current customer and hold an account with us we will bill you for the service.

* Please note if you are not an account customer we will ask for the £25 plus VAT (£30) upfront via credit card payment over the phone. This will cover you for the first hour. If at the end of the service you do not use the whole hour we will refund you the approprate amount. But please note there is a minium of 10 minues work to be charged which is £4.18plus VAT (£5).
