If you need a report for insurance purposes we can complete one for you.  We will produce 2 reports so that you have a copy.  The cost for this is £35 as it does entail a lot of work; however you can claim the cost back from the insurance company

Diagnosing a problem with a computer can be a lengthy process so we do ask for your patience.  This can be especially difficult given that technology does not always work in the way you anticipate.  However we will keep you informed of the progress.  Once a diagnosis is made we will contact you with the options available and cost of completing the repair.  It is then up to you if you wish to proceed.
