Whilst most problems can be solved through our Repair Centre there are some issues  that require a home site visit such as printer set up/problems, broadband problems, router set up, computer set up, etc.

If you require or prefer a site visit one of our technicians can come out to your home to solve your problems. All you need to do is ring the shop on 01977 512 412 and schedule a site visit.

A home site visit labour is usually £30* including VAT. Currently we suggest paying the technician in cash or coming in before the site visit and paying in store using our card facilities. But starting 14 November 2011 for your convenience we will have a mobile credit and debit card machine that will allow you to pay home at when the technician finishes the site visit.

* Please note that some site visits may cost more due to the amount of time the technician needs to fix the problem. But we will keep you informed about the cost throughout the process.

Please keep in mind that some visits may result in the technician bringing the computer back to our Repair Centre. The technician will speak with you personally about the possible solutions.
