Established in 1997 Gibson Computers is a family owned business where the customer is our number one
priority.

Our aim is to provide easily understandable advice and excellent service without confusing our customers by using computer jargon.  We are open 6 days a week 9am - 5.30pm and if required items can be reserved on line for pick up in store within 2 hours of ordering (subject to availability).

Items can also be delivered to your address if this is required though postage charge is usually made.

As a company we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with the advice and service they receive.  If our customers are not happy then we are not either.

In an era where things tend to be less personalised we strive to bring the personal service to our customers as we feel this is the best way.  You will not be charged support rates on the telephone or have a computer generated answer phone system, you will be able to speak to a person.  Whilst we acknowledge that not everyone knows everything we are in the enviable position of having a great deal of knowledge between us.  We can therefore find an answer to a question if one individual does not know the answer.  Whenever we say we will ring you back then we will.  You are important to us.
